This image features a vintage Volkswagen Type 2 van, often referred to as a VW Bus or Kombi. The van is painted in a colorful, psychedelic pattern that includes swirls and rainbow colors, prominently displaying the Peace symbol on the front. The van's front doors are open, and it appears to be on display indoors, perhaps as part of an exhibition or at a museum, evident from its placement on a polished floor and the surrounding informational displays. The overall vibe of the van suggests it may be representative of 1960s counterculture, often associated with the hippie movement.

Yet another iconic car, Volkswagen's T1 located in the "Haus der Geschichte" (House of History) in Bonn, Germany with a "peace-symbol" painted on it, touching the spirit of the late 60s and the general "peace"-movement in a wonderful manner.

The "Haus der Geschichte" features the history of the young Bundesrepublik Deutschland (BRD) from the aftermath of World War II to the 21nd century, dealing with history and lessons we possibly have learnt from it - or people who wrote history and contributed their part to it.

Wandering through this museum shows a great cross-section between the decades of the German republic which was divided until the late 80's and finally was able to reform as one nation again.
